Jeffrey Lee, Jr. is the founding attorney of The Law Office of Jeffrey L. Lee, LLC, bringing over a decade of diverse legal experience to his practice. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Jeffrey is a seasoned trial lawyer with a distinguished career in both criminal defense and personal injury law.

Jeffrey's legal journey began as a public defender, where he represented clients in juvenile and superior courts. He tried more than 100 cases, with over 50 as lead counsel and about 50 as second chair, achieving numerous not guilty verdicts in serious felony cases, including murder. His extensive courtroom experience and dedication to his clients set the foundation for his successful legal career. Additionally, Jeffrey has appellate experience, having argued twice before the Georgia Supreme Court during his time as a public defender, showcasing his comprehensive legal expertise.

Following his tenure as a public defender, Jeffrey served as a staff attorney for a superior court judge, gaining invaluable insight into civil and criminal case proceedings. Most recently, he worked as a Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Major Crimes Division at the Fulton County District Attorney's Office. In this role, he successfully tried 19 murder cases, 9 as lead counsel and about 10 as second chair, further demonstrating his proficiency and success in high-stakes litigation.

In addition to his criminal law expertise, Jeffrey has a strong background in personal injury law, having spent three years interning at a firm focused on criminal defense and personal injury. He has drafted numerous personal injury complaints and participated in many depositions, further honing his skills in advocating for injury victims.
